To manage your reminder notices in your Professional or Concierge Account: 

  • Click Account Info 
  • Then click My Profile from the drop down menu

To add or change any of your email addresses: 

  • Click the Settings tab on the right side next to Profile 
  • From the Settings section, you can update your username, password and email address
  • Double check that you have the most current and up-to-date email address on file
