You can retrieve your username/password easily. 

  1. Visit and click login
  2. Click on the green hyperlink titled I forgot my username/password.
  3. When prompted, enter your email address.
  4. Check your email for a password reset email from CE Broker and follow the link inside.

If your email has changed and it is not in our system:

  1. Email the Support Center at and ask us to update your email for you. (If possible, please include your license number, your old email address, and the new email address you want to add.)
  2. Follow the link in the password reset email we send to your updated email address.
