Heart Card Status Tracking is a feature available to Professional and Concierge subscribers. We'll provide a quick overview of everything you're tracking and send friendly renewal reminders so you have plenty of time to take care of business. 

To add certificates:

  • Click the + License/Certificate button, listed below all Renewal Transcript status summaries on the dashboard.
  • Select the appropriate tracking option.


Once you add your license/certification, you’ll be taken to an overview of your certifications that are being tracked. Here, you can add a new certification by clicking + Add Certification.

In the above example, our licensee is adding a Heart Card and CPR certification. However, you can use this feature to track any documentation you would like. You can even attach a copy of the documentation associated with the certification so that you can keep track of your records online.
