You can recover access to your account with your email address or license number.
CE Broker will then send you an email that contains your username and instructions for resetting your password. If you don't receive instructions within a few minutes, check your email's spam and junk filters.
💡If you know your password and simply need a reminder of your username, you can still use the password reset link. The email you receive will show you your username. If you do not follow the instructions in the email to create a new password, your password will not change.
If you no longer have access to the email we have on file, simply contact the Support Center at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your license number, old email address, and the email address you would like to use instead.
We will then send an email to your preferred address with instructions for resetting your password.
