You can recover access to your account by submitting your email address or license number.

CE Broker will then send you an email that contains your username and instructions for resetting your password. If you don't receive instructions within a few minutes, check your email's spam and junk filters.

If you no longer have access to the email we have on file, simply contact the Support Center at Please include your license number, your old email address, and the new email address you want to add. 

CE Broker will send an email to your new address with instructions for resetting your password.
