As your Board’s official CE tracking system, your records may be available to two possible entities:

  • Your state Board/Regulating entity: Your Board may access your course history/transcripts at any time to verify compliance. 
  • Your Employer: If you have an employer-issued account, your employer will have the ability to access your records.

Neither case requires any additional steps on your part. Your Board will automatically be able to access your records when you renew your license.
