The name that is displayed in your CE Broker account reflects the name on file with your regulating entity.
To change your name:
Change your name with the state or regulating entity that issued your license.
Once the state processes your request, they will notify us and your account will be updated within 2 weeks.
If your name is changed with the state and it’s been more than 2 weeks, you can contact the Support Center. An agent will be able to process the update for you.
💡Changing your name will not impact the credits listed in your account. Your course completions are tied to your license number, not your name.
