To change your name in CE Broker: 

  1. Change your name with the Florida Department of Health, or the state that issued the license. 
  2. Once changed with the state, they will notify us and your account will be updated within 2 weeks.

If your name is changed with the state and it’s been more than 2 weeks, you can contact the Support Center.  An agent will be able to process the update for you.

To check on the status of your name change, log in to your account.
