As an educational provider reporting course completions, you might deal with hundreds of license numbers at once. Unless you're superhuman, you might end up with a mistake or two. No worries! We're here to help.

Once a roster has been posted, you are unable to go back and edit or remove any of your entries. If you've entered hours or license numbers inaccurately, here's how to fix it:

  1. Contact us via email at support@cebroker.com
    💡Requests for roster changes must be submitted in writing. We will not be able to adjust your roster over the phone.
  2. Include your provider number (beginning with 50-), the course name and number (beginning with 20-), and the name/license number of the entry that requires changes.
  3. We will remove the entry for you and confirm the change in response to your email.
  4. Report the license number again with the correct hours, if applicable. If you need an incorrect license number removed, there's no need to wait for us to delete it before making your corrections.
