In an effort to continuously improve the security of our web applications, we recently updated our security protocol to limit access to our sites to secure connections only.
These changes need to be made prior to June 30, 2022. Please note that after this date, any connection attempt to our web services that does not follow this enhanced security rule will no longer be permitted. [UPDATE: We have extended the deadline to July 6, 2022.]
If this deadline poses a problem to your organization, reporting via excel and manual reporting are always available options until the appropriate updates can be made.
SFTP Sites [File Transfer Protocol]
Moving forward, any systems you currently utilize to connect to our web services will need to point to host sftp.cebroker.com and should use secure port 22. The username and password used to access your secure site remain the same.
If your systems are already pointing to this host and port, no action is needed at this time.
System-to-System Connections [SOAP, HTTP]
Additionally, any systems you currently utilize to connect to our web services will need to point to https://webservices.cebroker.com and should use secure port 443. If your systems are already pointing to this address and port, no action is needed at this time.
Note: The target namespace and location in the WSDL is still http://webservices.cebroker.com.
