Where Do I Find My Provider Number?

How to find your educational provider number in CE Broker

To find your provider number and other company contact information:

  1. Log in to your CE Broker Provider account

  2. From your dashboard, click your company name in the top left.

  3. Your CE Broker tracking number, also referred to as your Provider number, will be listed under the name of your organziation.
