Phone Support
Phone assistance is a feature included with select accounts.
Florida and Louisiana Licensees: Phone support is available to licensees registered under the Florida and Louisiana boards.
Paid Account Subscribers: Licensees with an active Professional, PRO+, or Concierge subscription are eligible for phone support. Employer-sponsored Professional accounts are also included.
Audited Accounts: Phone support is available if you are currently being audited by your regulatory agency.
How to Find the Phone Number:
You can view the dedicated phone number by logging in to your CE Broker account:
Click the question mark button at the bottom left side of your account dashboard.
Click the Help Center option that appears in the menu.
The dedicated support phone number will be displayed on the Help Center screen.
