Professional or Concierge CE Broker members can update their credit card info anytime by logging into their account, clicking the Gear icon or menu (≣) for Account Settings, then selecting the Subscription tab to update payment details or disable auto-renewal. If the subscription has expired, users must renew with new card details via the Renew Subscription option.
How to Update Your Payment Settings
1. Log in to your CE Broker account
2. Click on your name at the top left side and then select "Settings"
3. Click the Subscription tab, and then select Edit Payment Info.
4. From there you can update your credit card details or disable auto-renewal for your subscription. If your subscription has already expired, the option to edit payment information will not appear on this page. Instead, you can renew your subscription with your updated credit card by selecting View Plans in the subscription tab. You can also click on your name on the top left side and select Upgrade.
