Canceling Your Paid Subscription
When you enroll in a Professional, Pro+, or Concierge account, your subscription is set up as an annual auto-renewing service.
This ensures you won’t experience any interruptions in your subscription benefits. As a courtesy, reminder emails will be sent to the email address on file prior to the billing date to notify you of the upcoming renewal charge.
If you prefer not to have your annual subscription auto-renew, you can manage or update your renewal settings at any time directly through your account.
1. Log in to your CE Broker account
2. Click on your name in the upper right corner, then click Settings
3. Click on the Subscription tab to manage your current subscription settings. Here you can either Edit your payment information, or if you want to discontinue the subscription, the Cancel my Subscription option.
If you cancel your subscription before the auto-renewal's due date, you will have the paid subscription's benefits until that day, and you will see that information in the "Subscription" tab in "Settings":
Please Note: Subscription payments cannot be canceled while in process, the account is locked during the 24 hours when the initial charge is attempting to be taken. Additionally, the time the process begins is dependent on the date/time the subscription was activated.
