CE Broker allows managing multiple licenses in one account if issued by partner states or organizations like NBCOT and NCBTMB. To add a license, log in, select Add Credential, enter details, and submit; verification may take up to 24-48 hours. Statuses include Pending (under verification) or Not Found (mismatch).

Adding Additional Licenses to Your CE Broker Account
If you hold multiple licenses that are tracked by CE Broker, you can manage them all within a single account — there’s no need for separate usernames or passwords.
To add additional licenses to your account, each license must be issued in a state and profession that currently partners with CE Broker. You can also add specific certifications from organizations who have partnered with CE Broker, which are the NBCOT, the NCBTMB, the ABCC and the DNPCB. Nurses holding an RN, LPN, or APRN license may add their additional eligible licenses. Please allow up to 24 hours for license verification once submitted.
If you receive an error message such as “tie_license_error” or “The license number does not exist” while attempting to add a license, this indicates that the specific license is not currently tracked in our system.
Professional and Concierge account holders can view a detailed summary outlining the requirements for each license associated with their account at no additional cost.
Please see below step-by-step instructions on how to add a new license or certification:
1. Log in to your CE Broker account
2. On the Credentials Overview page, click Add Credential. There, you can choose to add a new license, certification or other.
3. Select the Location or state, Profession and then enter the new license or certification number you would like to add.
4. Click Add License to submit your request.
Understanding License Statuses
After you submit a new license, it will appear at the top of your Credential Overview page. There are two possible statuses during this verification process:
Pending: This means our system is currently communicating with the state board to verify your details. Please allow up to 24 hours for this process to complete. Once verified, you will be able to confirm the information and add it to your active overview.
Not Found: If a license is marked as "Not Found," the information entered does not match the records provided by the state board. In this case, the only available option is to remove the entry. You may then attempt to add the license again, ensuring the license number and profession are exactly as they appear on your official state certificate.
