How to Apply a Promo Code to Your CE Broker Account

Have you received a promo code from an association you're affiliated with? Here's how to apply it, whether you're upgrading from a Basic account or adding it to an existing paid subscription.

If you have a paid subscription that will renew soon

1. Log in to CE Broker. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select Account Settings.

2. Click Subscription, then click Edit payment info.

   

3. Enter your code in the Promotions field and click Apply.

4. Click Save. The promo code will be applied the next time your subscription renews.

   

Note: If auto-renew is cancelled or fails, the promo code will disconnect and the discount will no longer apply.

If you have a Basic account and want to upgrade

1. Add the paid plan you'd like to purchase to your cart.
2. Enter your promo code in the cart before completing your purchase.
3. Complete your purchase to activate your new subscription.
4. Add the promo code to your account under Account Settings > Subscription as well, so it stays connected to your auto-renew going forward.

Note: Skipping the last step means the discount may not carry over at renewal.
