Locating Your Provider Number

If you’re an education provider, your CE Broker provider number serves as your account tracking number within CE Broker.

  1. Log in to your CE Broker Provider account

  2. From your dashboard, click your company name in the top left or select your name in the top-left corner, then select the Account button.

  3. Your CE Broker Provider Tracking Number, also referred to as your Provider Number, will be listed under the name of your organization. This will begin with a '50-
