Stay updated and in control of your Provider account notifications with our easy-to-use settings. This guide walks you through where to find your notifications and how to customize them according to your preferences.
Where to Find Notifications
Bell Icon:
- All your notifications live under the bell icon, located at the top-right corner of your account dashboard. Simply click the bell to view your latest updates.
- There are also pop-up notifications when first logged into CE Broker when a provider is up for renewal, such as Provider Approval Renewal Reminders.
Customizing Notification Preferences
You have full control over your notifications. Here’s how to adjust them:
- Click Your Name: At the top-right corner of your account, click your name to access your profile settings. Select Profile.
- Notification Settings: You will find the notification preferences section in the third tab. Here, you can turn notifications on or off for various categories.
You can manage two types of notifications:
- In-Account Notifications: These appear in the Notifications section (bell icon) or as pop-ups in your account.
- Email Notifications: These are sent to your registered email address.
You can enable both types, only one, or turn them off entirely based on your needs.
Notifications are grouped into the following categories:
Boards
- Board Application
- Board Registration/Acceptance
- Board Expiration Reminder
- Board Expired
- Board Communication Requests for Additional Information
Courses
- Course Registration
- Course Expiration Reminder
- Course Expired
- Application Reviews (Approved/Disapproved)
- Instructor/Author Reviews (Approved/Disapproved)
