CE Broker users can access course certificates by logging into their account, navigating to the My Learning tab, selecting Completed courses, and viewing the certificate with options to download or print. For self-reported courses, certificates can be found under Course History on the Overview page; if no certificate is attached, users must request it from the education provider.
Accessing CEB Now Course Certificates
While CE Broker doesn’t generate CE credit itself, you can take pre-approved courses within your account for a convenient, all-in-one compliance solution. Once finished, you can view, download, and print your certificate directly from your account.
- Log in to your CE Broker account
Click the My Learning tab
- Click the Completed tab
- Locate the course and click View Certificate
- Look for the Download or Print options from the review page.
Accessing Certificates for Self Reported Courses
If you attached a certificate of completion while self-reporting a course, or added it after the education provider reported the course completion, you can view, download, and print the certificate directly from your account at any time.
1. Sign into your CE Broker account, navigate to the Overview page, and scroll down to the Course History section.
2. Find the course title you are looking for and click it to expand the course details. Scroll to the bottom of the course information to check for any attachments.
Note: If it says “No attachments found,” this means a certificate of completion was not added to your CE Broker account. In that case, you will need to request the certificate directly from the education provider who offered the course or activity.
If an attachment is available, click the gray downward arrow icon to the right of the attachment name to download the document so you can save or print it.
