Users can reset passwords, update email addresses with two-step verification, and manage multiple accounts. If users lose email access, CE Broker support assists with updates. After migrating to OTP, password login is disabled, requiring email verification codes for access.
CE Broker offers two secure methods to access your account: our updated passwordless One-Time Passcode (OTP) system and the traditional email/password login. Many licensee accounts are migrating to the OTP system to enhance data security and remove the need to manage passwords.
Logging Into Your CE Broker Account with Your Email and Password
If your account has not transitioned to the passwordless system, or if you manage an employer-sponsored health system or Educational Provider account, follow these steps to log in:
Go to www.cebroker.com.
Click Sign In.
Enter your username or email address and password.
Click Sign In to access your account.
Resetting your Password:
If you use the password login method and cannot remember your credentials, follow these steps to reset them:
Please select "I forgot my username or password"
Enter your email address or license number, then submit your request.
Check your email for a message that displays your username and includes a link to reset your password.
Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
Note: Your password will only change if you complete the steps in the email to create a new one. If you do not finish this process, your current password will remain unchanged.
Note: If your profile has already transitioned to our streamlined One-Time Passcode (OTP) login method, password options will no longer be available for your account. You can seamlessly access your profile at any time by following the standard OTP login steps above.
Logging Into Your CE Broker Account with a One Time Passcode (OTP)
CE Broker is upgrading its security protocols to better protect your professional data. We are migrating licensee accounts from traditional password-based logins to a secure, email-based One-Time Passcode (OTP) system. This change ensures your account remains compliant with modern security standards and simplifies your login experience by removing the need to remember complex passwords.
If your account uses the secure OTP protocol, follow these steps to access your profile:
Navigate to the CE Broker homepage and click Log In. You can find our website by clicking the following link: www.cebroker.com
Enter your registered email address or username and click Continue.
Enter your current CE Broker password.

On the Security Update page, you will be prompted to verify your email. Click Verify email.

Note: You may select "Skip for now" to enter your account using your password, but this option is temporary and will eventually be removed.

A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address from notifications@email.propelus.com.
Retrieve the code from your email and enter it into the text field on the login page.
Click Verify to complete the login.
Once this process is complete, your account is migrated. You will use an email-based OTP for all future logins and will no longer be prompted for a password.
Updating Your Account Email Address
Keeping your email address current ensures you receive vital compliance notifications and can securely access your account. To protect your data, CE Broker requires a two-step verification process to finalize any email changes.
Log in to your CE Broker account, select Settings, and locate the profile section and your email address.
Click the edit icon next to your email, enter your new address, and click the button to Change Email.
Open the verification email sent to your current (old) email address and click the button to Verify email address.
Open the final verification email sent to your new email address and click the button to Verify Email Address.
Once the Update Successful message appears, click the button to Go to Profile Settings to return to your account.
Your current email remains your login credential until both addresses are verified. Once the process is complete, use your new email address for all future logins.
Shared or Duplicate Email Accounts
If your email address is associated with multiple CE Broker accounts, the system will recognize this after you enter your credentials.
A Welcome back! screen will appear listing all accounts tied to your email.
Select the specific account you wish to access.
Follow the OTP verification steps listed above for that account.
Each account must be migrated independently. You will see the account picker again if you attempt to log into a different account tied to the same email.
Can't Access the Email on File?
Have an old email address on file with CE Broker? No worries. If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, our Support team can help. We can update the email address on file and send password/code reset instructions to your preferred email so you can regain access to your account.
When reaching out, please be sure to include the following information:
Your license number
The old email address on file
The new email address you would like to use
Managing Multiple Account Types
Some users may have both a Licensed Professional account and an Educational Provider account. Please note the following:
Each account uses separate login credentials, with distinct usernames and passwords.
When logging in, always ensure you enter the correct username and password for the specific account type (Licensee or Provider) you wish to access.
Frequently Asked Questions
I did not receive my 6-digit code. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folders for an email from notifications@email.propelus.com.
Ensure you are checking the primary email address associated with your CE Broker account.
Click the Resend code button on the login screen. Please note that each new code sent will invalidate the previous one.
Can I still use my password to log in?
Once you have successfully entered an One-Time Passcode and migrated your account, password login is permanently disabled for security purposes. You will only use your email and a fresh One-Time Passcode for future sessions.
What if I no longer have access to the email on my account?
If you no longer have access to the email address on file or cannot access your account, the Support team can manually update your profile records. When reaching out, please have your professional license number, the old email address, and the new email address ready. Our Support team can assist you here through our Support Center or by contacting support@cebroker.com.
