This article guides users on accessing employer-sponsored CE Broker accounts, including setup, troubleshooting expired account links, and password recovery. It explains "Restricted Access" messages, advising contacting employers or support if employed but restricted, or purchasing/upgrading a personal account if not. Employer accounts include compliance tracking but not courses. Support contact details and related resources are provided.
Setting Up Your Employer Sponsored Account
Your employer may provide you with a CE Broker Professional Account, which includes premium features such as a personalized CE Compliance Transcript.
Once your employer initiates your account, you will receive a “Welcome to CE Broker” email from notifications@cebroker.com containing a time-sensitive link to set up your login credentials. Be sure to check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, and complete the setup promptly.
Important for existing CE Broker users: Your employer-sponsored CE Broker account is separate from your personal account and will have different login credentials. However, any previously reported CE credits will automatically transfer and appear in your employer account.
Troubleshooting if Your Account Creation Link is Not Working
This typically occurs when the account creation link has expired.
If you believe your employer-sponsored account should be active, please contact our Support team and provide your license number, profession, State Board, and employer name. Once we verify the account, we can resend a new Account Creation link so you can complete the setup.
Recovering Your Password for Your Employer Sponsored Account
If you’ve forgotten the password for your employer-sponsored account, you will need the following information to reset it: your professional license number and the email address your employer has on file for you.
Once you have this information, please use the following link to request access and reset your password: Request Access Now
Understanding the "Restricted Access" Message
You may see a “Restricted Access” message when attempting to log in to an employer-sponsored account if you are no longer employed with that company or if the company no longer offers the CE Broker Professional Account benefit.
In this situation, you still have options to regain access to your detailed CE transcript. You can create your own CE Broker Professional Account, with plans starting at $39.99 per year. If you already have a personal CE Broker account, you can simply log in using those credentials and upgrade to your preferred service level.
Troubleshooting Access Issues
If you are currently employed by the company that provides your CE Broker benefit and are seeing a “Restricted Access” message in error, please contact your employer’s CE Coordinator or Human Resources (HR) representative. They can review and verify your account status to ensure your employer-sponsored access is active.
Completing CE Courses
Currently, courses are not included with employer-sponsored accounts. These accounts provide benefits related to compliance calculation and tracking assistance only.
