Your CE Broker dashboard provides a visual overview of your credential standing to help you maintain compliance. On your main Credential tab, each license is color-coded based on its current expiration date. These colors act as a quick indicator of how much time you have remaining in your current renewal cycle.
License Status Color Indicators
The color of your license tile or status bar is determined strictly by the proximity of your upcoming expiration date:
Red: The license expiration date has already passed.
Yellow: The license expiration date is approaching within the next 90 days.
Green: The license expiration date is more than 90 days away.
Expiration Dates vs. Renewal Status
It is important to understand that these colors are tied exclusively to the expiration date on file and do not change based on whether you have already renewed your license with your state board.
For example, if your license expires on April 30 and you have already successfully renewed it through your board's website, your CE Broker dashboard may still show a Yellow status until the new CE Cycle updates your account with the new, future expiration date.
Even if the color is yellow, you will see a Complete/Not Complete status next to your license. This indicates that you either have or have not met all continuing education requirements for the current cycle, regardless of how close the expiration date is.
How to View Your Credential Status
To check the status of your licenses, follow these steps:
Log in to your CE Broker account.
Locate the Licenses tab on your main dashboard.
Review the colored indicators and compliance status (e.g., "Complete" or "Not Complete") associated with each listed license.
Managing Multiple Licenses
If you hold multiple licenses, each will appear individually within the Licenses section. Each license is tracked independently, meaning you may see different colors for different licenses depending on their specific renewal cycles.
