What is the Credential Overview Page?
The Credential Overview page serves as the central hub for managing your professional licenses and monitoring your compliance status. This page displays all registered licenses, their expiration dates, and a summary of your continuing education (CE) requirements. From this view, you can quickly identify if your status is Complete or Not Complete.
Actions Required
Before viewing your specific license details, you may see an Actions Required section at the top of your overview page. This section appears when a new license has been added to your profile and requires your verification, or if your State Board has initiated an audit process for your license.
For license verifications, once our system confirms the license information with the state board, it will appear here for your final confirmation. To move the license into your active list:
Review the license type and number displayed in the Actions Required area.
Verify that the information matches your official state records.
Confirm the license to add it to your permanent overview.
