How to Download a PDF CE Report
As a licensed professional, you are able to download a PDF transcript of your CE/CME course history from within your CE Broker account.
If you need to download your records for personal use or to share with an entity not partnered with CE Broker, you can download a detailed record of everything that is reported to your account.
1. Log in to your CE Broker account and select the license, then either click View Details and open Course History from there, or click the small arrow next to View Details and select View CE History to go there directly.
2. Navigate to the Course History Tab, and then select "Export":
If you need to narrow your results by subject area or date range, use the Filter tool.
Please note: it may take a few moments for your request to process, and the Export button may appear to be spinning during this time.
3. Once processed, a pop-up will appear indicating that your report is ready. Once again, you will select the Export PDF button.
Once downloaded, you will manage the file directly on your device—this is outside the scope of your CE Broker account. Depending on your device settings, you may need to familiarize yourself with how to access your downloaded files.
The downloaded file, typically saved to your Downloads folder, will include a detailed breakdown of your courses, including:
Course titles
Course numbers
Dates of completion
Whether the course was provider-recorded or self-reported
Subject areas covered
Hours awarded
