Requesting a Name Change
The name in your CE Broker account matches the name on file with your licensing board.
If you need to change the name on your license or certification, please contact your regulatory agency. Once updated with the agency, the change will automatically appear in your CE Broker account within 4 weeks.
Please note: Changing your name does not affect your CE credits, as course completions are tied to your license number, not your name.
Status of Name Change Request
It’s recommended to review license verification information directly on your regulatory entity’s website. To check the status of a name change, log into your CE Broker account to see if your information has been updated.
Note: If your name has been updated with the state and it’s been more than 4 weeks, our Support team can assist you. Contact us through the Support Center or email support@cebroker.com for help.
