The name displayed in your CE Broker account reflects the name on file with your regulating entity or Licensing Board.
To change your name:
- Change your name with the state or regulating entity that issued your license.
- Once the state processes your request, the change will reflect over and your account will be updated within 4 weeks on CE Broker.
Note: If your name is changed with the state and it’s been more than 4 weeks, our Support team can assist you through our Support Center or you can email us at support@cebroker.com so a support specialist can review the update with you.
Changing your name will not impact the credits listed in your account. Your course completions are tied to your license number, not your name.
It is recommended to review the license verification information provided by your regulatory entity's website directly. Otherwise, to check on the status of your name change, log in to your account.
