As a retired professional, you may wish to stop receiving renewal reminders or deactivate your active status on the platform. While CE Broker maintains your records for your regulatory agency, you can take specific steps to manage your account and subscriptions.
Discontinuing Communications
To stop receiving email notifications regarding renewal deadlines and compliance while keeping your historical data intact, you can update your account email to a non-functioning address.
Log in to your CE Broker account.
Click on the gear icon ⚙️ (Settings) in the upper right corner.
Select Account Settings.
Under the Profile tab, locate your primary email address.
Click the pencil icon next to your email address to edit it.
Change your email to a "null" address, such as retired@null.com or none@email.com.
Click the "Save" button to confirm your changes.
If you prefer to keep your email listed but you don't wish to receive renewal notifications, you can select "No" under the Email reminders and notifications:
Canceling an Active Subscription
If you have a paid Professional, PRO+ or Concierge account, you can cancel your subscription's auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges.
Log in to your CE Broker account.
Click on the gear icon ⚙️ in the upper right corner and select Account Settings.
Click on the Subscription tab.
Select the Cancel my Subscription option.
Follow the prompts and scroll down the page to confirm your decision.
