CE Broker is introducing a series of updates designed to improve your experience and enhance account security. An important part of this update is a new login process, which will include a One-Time Password (OTP). This update will prepare your account for a smooth transition to the new CE Broker platform.
To ensure a seamless experience with these new features, every profile must be associated with a unique email address. This ensures your private data remains secure and your OTP goes only to you.
Consolidating Multiple Accounts
If you currently maintain separate CE Broker accounts for different licenses, you can consolidate them into a single professional dashboard. This allows you to manage all of your continuing education requirements under one login.
Gather the license numbers and email addresses associated with each of your existing accounts.

Shared Email Addresses
To ensure your secure access codes are delivered only to you, every user must have a unique email address. If you currently share an email address with another individual, please update your account settings:
Navigate to the CE Broker website.
Log in to your account.
Click the gear icon to open Account Settings.
Locate the Primary Email field.
Enter a unique, personal email address that is not used by any other CE Broker user.
Click the Save button.
Managing Staff Accounts
Administrators who manage profiles for their staff must ensure that each team member’s profile contains their specific, individual email address. This ensures each professional has secure, independent access to their compliance data.

Personal vs. Employer Accounts
Many professionals can maintain both a personal CE Broker account and a separate employer-provided account. To ensure you receive your security codes correctly, we recommend using a different email address for each. These accounts will not be merged.
Personal Account: Use a personal email address to manage your individual account.
Employer Account: Use your work-issued email address for accounts provided or managed by your employer or health system.
