When you subscribe to a Professional, Pro+, or Concierge account, your subscription is set to automatically renew annually. This ensures uninterrupted access to your valuable benefits without you needing to manually renew each year.

- Peace of Mind: No need to remember renewal dates or manually process payments.
- Advance Notification: We'll send reminders to your registered email address before your upcoming billing date, giving you a heads-up about the charge.
Managing Your Auto-Renewal Settings:
If you prefer not to have your annual subscription auto-renew, you can easily manage this setting at any time through your account. Here’s how:
1. Log in to your CE Broker account.
2. Navigate to your Account Settings. You can find this by:
Clicking the gear icon ⚙️ in the upper right corner.
Alternatively, clicking the menu icon ≣ (located in the upper left or right corner of the Home page, depending on your device) and then selecting Account Settings ⚙️.
3. Click on the Subscription tab.
4. Select the Cancel my Subscription option. You will be asked to confirm your decision. Scroll down the page to continue with the cancellation process.
Important Information Regarding Cancellation:
- Once you cancel, your payment information will be removed, and you will not be charged for future renewals.
- Please note that trials or subscription payments cannot be canceled while the initial charge is being processed. During this 24-hour window, your account will be temporarily locked. The start time of this process depends on when your trial or subscription was initially activated.
