Professional, Pro+, and Concierge subscriptions auto-renew annually for uninterrupted access and peace of mind, with advance billing reminders. To disable auto-renewal, log into your CE Broker account, go to Account Settings, select the Subscription tab, and choose "Cancel my Subscription." Cancellation removes payment info and stops future charges, but cannot occur during a 24-hour processing window after initial payment activation.
Managing Your Auto-Renewal Settings
If you prefer not to have your annual subscription auto-renew, you can manage this setting at any time through your account. Once canceled, your payment information will be removed and you will not be charged for future renewals.
Please note that trials or subscription payments cannot be canceled while the initial charge is being processed. During this 24-hour processing window, your account will be temporarily locked. The timing of this process depends on when your trial or subscription was originally activated.
1. Log in to your CE Broker account.
2. Navigate to your Account Settings by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner.
3. Click on the Subscription tab.
4. Select the Cancel my Subscription option. You will be asked to confirm your decision. Scroll down the page to continue with the cancellation process.
Reviewing Your Subscription Details and Pricing
You can review your active subscription details, including your next payment amount and renewal date, directly within your account settings at any time. This allows you to verify your pricing before an automatic renewal charge occurs.
To view your subscription pricing and details, please follow these steps:
Log in to your CE Broker account.
Click on the gear icon (Settings) located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu.
Click on the Subscription tab.
Review the information under your plan details to see your current subscription tier, the scheduled renewal date, and the upcoming payment amount.
If you need to view historical invoices or past payment amounts, you can locate them under the same menu by clicking on the Payment History tab.
