The Concierge Account includes everything in the Professional Account, plus access to a personal Account Manager who is dedicated to your compliance. Your Account Manager can:

To upgrade your existing account:
1. Sign in with your username and password.
2. Look in the top right corner of your account. If you have a free trial available, you will see a button that says 7-Day Trial. Otherwise, it will say Renew Subscription or Upgrade.
The Professional account free trial is not available if you have used it in the past, have previously paid for the Professional or Concierge service, or had a Professional account provided to you by your employer.
3. After clicking the trial/upgrade button, you will be asked to choose a plan. Pick the plan that's right for you!
4. Simply enter your payment information and a promo code (if applicable), then click Get Free Trial or Upgrade depending on the plan you selected.
