CE Broker offers three paid plans: Professional with CE compliance tools and certificate storage; Pro+ including course access and multi-state tracking; and Concierge adding dedicated account managers. Only Pro+ includes courses. Users can upgrade accounts via the website or app by selecting the desired plan and entering payment details. New users can sign up online.
You can upgrade your free CE Broker Basic account to a paid subscription at any time to access advanced tracking tools and compliance calculators. Upgrading ensures you stay organized and on track for your upcoming license renewal deadline.

How to Upgrade Your Account
- Log in to your CE Broker account.
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the homepage and select Upgrade Account. Alternately, go to your account settings, select the Subscription tab, and click View Plans.
- Review the available options and click the Get Started button under the subscription tier you want.
- Enter your payment details.
- Click the Upgrade button to finalize your subscription.

Switching Between Paid Subscriptions
Please note that payments from a previous subscription are not pro-rated if you choose to upgrade or switch to a different subscription mid-cycle. Review your plan details carefully before completing your purchase, as only the Pro+ subscription tier includes the cost of CE courses.
If you accidentally selected the incorrect subscription tier during your checkout process, please contact our Support Team to request a case review. Our team will review your account history and guide you through the transition options.
