Your CE Broker account settings let you manage personal info and subscription preferences to receive compliance alerts. Access settings by logging in and clicking the gear icon or menu. Update your email, username, and password by clicking the pencil icon next to each field. If you can't log in, contact support with your details for manual updates. Note: Name and public email reflect your state records and cannot be changed via CE Broker.
Accessing Your Account Settings
Log in to your CE Broker account
Click on the Gear icon ⚙︎ in the upper right corner, then click Account Settings
3. Click on the Pencil icon next to any section to begin making changes.
Updating Your Email Address
Your primary email address is used for password recovery and license renewal alerts.
Locate the Personal Info section within your account settings.
Click the Pencil icon or the Edit button next to your Primary email.
Enter your new email address in the provided field.
Click Save.
Changing Your User Name
If you would like to sign in using a different identifier, you can modify your username at any time.
Navigate to the Username section.
Click the Pencil icon to open the edit field.
Type your desired username.
Click Save.
Resetting Your Password
We recommend updating your password periodically to maintain account security.
Go to the Password section.
Click the Pencil icon or the Change Password button.
Enter your current password to verify your identity.
Enter your new password and confirm it in the secondary field.
Click Save.
Trouble Logging In?
If you no longer have access to the email address on file and are unable to log in to change your settings, our team can manually update your records for you.
When requesting an update, please provide:
Your full name
Your professional license number
The previous email address (if known)
The new email address you wish to use
