When you sign up for a Professional, Pro+, or Concierge account, your new benefit is set as an annual, auto-renewal feature.
This feature ensures that you will not have to worry about a lapse in your Professional, Pro+, or Concierge account subscription services. Reminders will also be sent to the email address on file close to the billing date for a heads-up about the upcoming charge.
If you prefer to avoid the auto-renewal of your annual subscription, you can easily manage your settings through your account at any time.
To proceed with cancellation:
1. Log in to your CE Broker account
2. Click on the gear icon ⚙️ in the upper right corner, then click ⚙️Account Settings
The ⚙️ Account Settings option may also be found by clicking on a ≣ menu icon. This symbol may be found on the upper left or right corner of the Home page, depending on your device.
From the ≣ menu, you will then click on the ⚙️ Account Settings
3. Click on the Subscription tab to manage your current subscription settings.
Once canceled, your payment information will be removed, and you will not be charged moving forward.
If you cancel your subscription before the auto-renewal's due date, you will have the paid subscription's benefits until that day, and you will see that information in the "Subscription" tab in "Account Settings":
If you cancel your subscription on the same day of the auto-renewal date, the account will be downgraded to the Basic Free account automatically, and you will see this message in the "Overview" page:
Please Note:
Subscription payments cannot be canceled while in process, the account is locked during the 24 hours when the initial charge is attempting to be taken. Additionally, the time the process begins is dependent on the date/time the Trial or subscription was activated.
