What does clearing your cache mean?
Your web browser (like Chrome, Safari, etc.) saves data. These files are temporarily stored by your system and applications to help speed up performance. You can delete this data.
Why clear your cache?
Clearing your cache helps improve system performance, free up storage space, and resolve potential issues with apps and websites.
Our team likes to ensure that the saved data in your cache is not interfering with our software performance as a part of our troubleshooting process.
Here is how to clear your cache for our recommended browser:
1. Open Chrome.
2. Click the three dots (⋮) in the upper-right corner and select Settings.
3. Scroll to Privacy and Security, then click on Delete browsing data.
3. Select Cached images and files and choose the time range. Click Delete data.
Alternatively, you can refresh your page to pull from the website, not your cache by selecting keys: Ctrl+F5 on a Windows device or Cmd+Shift+R on a Macintosh device.
