Please check your inbox (including spam or junk folders) and complete the setup promptly.

Understanding the "Restricted Access" Message
You might see a "Restricted Access" message if you try to log in to an employer-sponsored account from a company where you are no longer employed or if that company no longer offers the CE Broker Professional Account benefit.
In this situation, you have a few options to regain access to your detailed CE transcript:

- Upgrade Your Existing Personal Account: If you have a personal CE Broker account, you can log in using those credentials and upgrade to your preferred service level.
Troubleshooting Access Issues
If you are currently employed by the company that provides your CE Broker benefit and are seeing a "Restricted Access" message in error, contact your employer's CE Coordinator or Human Resources (HR) representative. They can verify your account status.
If you need further assistance, our Support team can assist you through our Support Center, or you can email us at support@cebroker.com.
