Education Providers may be required to renew their provider status with their approved boards based on the type of approval they hold. If your Board approval requires renewal with the Board, you will receive a notification about 120 days before it expires with instructions on how to start the renewal process.
It is important to renew any applicable Board approvals before the renewal deadline. If an Education Provider allows all of the approvals in their CE Broker provider account to expire, the provider account with CE Broker will automatically close. Recovery of the courses associated with the closed account won't be possible. In this case, you must initiate a new application to become an Education Provider through the CE Broker website.
Please be advised: If you possess approvals from multiple boards and one of those approvals reaches its expiration, your CE Broker account will remain active provided that you maintain active status with at least one board. You will only be required to reapply for the expired approval via your existing CE Broker Education Provider account.
