If you're an Approved or Registered Education Provider who uses CE Broker, you might be able to easily resubmit previously approved applications for a new approval period. Depending on the specific licensing board, you may have the option to resubmit your entire provider application or individual course applications.
Educational Provider Renewal Applications:
To resubmit an eligible Provider application before expiration:
1. Log in to your account and click on the Boards tab on the left-hand side of the menu options.
2. Locate the Board coming due for renewal, and click on the Renew Application button on the right-hand side.
3. Follow the renewal application steps to confirm all necessary information is included per the Board's determination.
4. Provide any renewal payment, if necessary, and submit your renewal application.
Provider Tips:
✅ Every board is different. Read the application requirements and be prepared with everything you need before beginning your application.
✅ Check your account notifications to ensure the Board you applied to is not requesting any additional information.
✅ Check your application status anytime by logging into your CE Broker Provider Account. Statuses are defined below:
Please note: If your provider approval has already expired, a new application must be submitted.
Some regulating entities or Boards also require brand-new applications to be submitted for each approval period and do not allow resubmission.
