Depending on the requirements of your regulating entity, credits can sometimes be recorded to your account inaccurately.
If a course reported to your account is displaying zero "0" hours in your course history, that means one of three things:

The course was manually reported and did not have the correct amount of hours or approval for a particular subject area or profession.

The educational provider reported the credit incorrectly.

The course was not approved for your profession in the particular subject area applied.
If you’ve manually reported the course incorrectly, simply delete the course and report it with the appropriate information.
If the educational provider reported the course, reach out to the company directly to check if the course was approved for your specific profession in that subject area, and request for them to report the course again if necessary.
- If the education provider indicates they intend to offer credit for your profession but have not yet, they can reach out directly for further review.
