Depending on the requirements of your regulating entity, credits can sometimes be recorded to your account inaccurately, or will not be applied at all.
If a course reported to your account is displaying zero "0" hours in your course history, this means one of three things:
- The course was not approved for your profession in the particular subject area applied.
-
The course was manually reported and did not have the correct amount of hours or approval for a particular subject area or profession.
-
The educational provider reported the credit incorrectly.
"Not a course for the Transcript reported" with an alert symbol on a course marked as "0" hours applied:
If the educational provider reported the course, reach out to the company directly to check if the course was approved for your specific profession in a particular subject area, and request for them to report the course again if misreported.
- If the education provider indicates they intend to offer credit for your profession but have not yet, they can reach out to CE Broker directly for further review.
- If the education provider indicates the course has not been approved for your licensure, then you will likely need to find other credit which you can do from the CE Broker Course Search
If you’ve manually reported the course incorrectly, simply delete the course and report it with the appropriate information.
