We understand that mistakes can happen or that course details may need to be updated. To make this process easier, you can now edit certain information directly within your CE Broker account, eliminating the need to re-enter the entire submission. You can also delete self-reported courses directly from your account without needing to contact support.
Editing a Self-Reported Course
This feature allows you to update certain text-based fields—Course Name, Provider Name, and Completion Date—for courses you have self-reported to your CE Broker account. Other fields cannot be edited and will require deleting and resubmitting the course.
When you save edits, a compliance check is automatically triggered, and changes are immediately visible in your Course History.
Edits apply only to user-submitted courses (typically labeled “99-”) and are confirmed with a brief on-screen message.
For record-keeping, a comment is added to the course history documenting the date of the change, the user who made it, and the specific fields updated.
- Log In: Sign in to your CE Broker account.

Navigate to Course History and locate the course. Locate the course you want to edit. Self-reported CE can be identified by the three-dot menu next to the course entry.
- Select "Edit": Click on the 3-dot menu and then select "Edit Course" from the dropdown options.

Make Your Changes: A modal window will appear displaying your course details and you can now edit the Course Name, Provider Name, and Completion Date.
Fields that cannot be edited will appear greyed out, and hovering over them will display a tooltip explaining why they cannot be changed directly.
- Save Your Edits: Once you have made your desired changes, click the "Save" button within the modal.
- Confirm Success: A toast message will briefly appear at the top of your screen, confirming that your changes have been successfully saved and your updated course information will now be immediately visible in your CE Broker account.
Deleting a Self-Reported Course
This feature allows you to delete courses from your CE Broker account, which can be especially useful for removing duplicate activities.
Individual licensees can only edit or delete credits they have personally reported to their account, often referred to as self-reported or manually reported courses. If a course was reported on your behalf by an education provider, please contact our Support team for assistance.
1. Log into your CE Broker account
2. Scroll down to view your Course History
3. Locate the course you wish to delete, click the three-dot menu on the right-hand side, and select Delete Course. The course will be immediately removed and can be found later under the Removed tab in your Course History.
If you do not see the option to delete a course, it was reported by the education provider. In this case, you will need to contact our Support team for assistance.
