If a course reported to your account is displaying zero hours in your course history, that means one of three things:

You self-reported the course and forgot to put in the correct amount of hours in the correct subject area.

The educational provider reported the hours incorrectly.

The course was not approved for your profession in that subject area.

If you’ve self-reported the course incorrectly, simply delete the course and report it correctly.
If the educational provider reported the course, reach out to the company directly to check if the course was approved for your profession in that subject area, and have them report the course again if necessary.
