Manually Reporting Course Completions
As an education provider, you may sometimes only need to report a few attendees. Using the “Input by License Number” method, you can type each attendee’s license number directly into your roster.
You can also combine reporting methods. For example, if you’ve uploaded a file but left a few attendees off, you can input them individually by license number. Or, if most attendees received full credit but a few completed only part of the program, you can use this method with the “Partial Credit” option to award the appropriate hours.
1. Log into your CE Broker Provider Account.
2. Click on the Courses tab on the left.
3. Scroll through your course list or use the Search function to find the course you need to report credit for.
4. Click the Manage Roster button.
5. Click the + Add button at the top of the screen.
6. Type the attendee’s license number under the Create Roster button on the left and click Save when finished.
The Date Completed field defaults to today’s date, but you can adjust it as needed.
If the attendee received full credit, you don’t need to enter hours—the system will automatically apply full credit. Only enter hours if the attendee received partial credit.
7. After clicking the Save button, the licensee will appear on a list. You can click the Edit button, or the Remove button if you need to make changes or delete your entry.
8. Once you've finished manually inputting license numbers, click on the Post button to submit them to your Roster. After this step, you will not be able to manually edit or delete any of your entries, so make sure you check over them before posting!
