All CE Broker accounts feature a Course History section listing courses reported by users or providers, accessible on the Overview page. It displays course name, completion date, and hours, with filters by date, name, and subject. Users can download certificates, delete inaccurate entries, and view detailed course info including profession, submission date, provider, delivery method, and attachments. Alert messages notify if courses don't count toward continuing education.
Utilizing Your Course History
At a glance, the Course History section displays key details about each completed course, including the course name, the date of completion, and the number of hours earned.
Clicking on a course will display additional details about the entry, including the profession and subject area the hours were applied to, the submission date, the name of the education provider, the course delivery method, and any certificates or supporting documentation that were uploaded with the entry.
Downloading Certificates
Certificates that have been uploaded to a course entry can be downloaded directly from your Course History page and saved to your device. To retrieve a certificate, navigate to the course within your Course History and open the entry to access the uploaded document.
1. Locate the course in your Course History.
Courses are listed by date in reverse chronological order, with the most recent entries appearing first. If you are looking for a specific course, you can use the search bar to type in the course name. You may also use the available filters to narrow your results by a specific date range or subject area.
2. Click on the course to view the course details and scroll down to review the attachments.
3. Click on the downward (download) arrow to save the file to your device.
Alert Messages
Your Course History will immediately notify you if a course is not counting toward your continuing education requirements. If there is an issue, an alert message will appear to help explain why the credits are not being applied.
This alert may appear if the course was not approved by your Regulating Entity at the time it was completed, if the course was not approved for your specific profession, or if the course was taken outside of your renewal period.
When this happens, a yellow triangle ⚠️ will appear next to the course in your Course History.
Selecting the course will display additional details explaining why the credits are not being counted.
