Download a PDF CE report

Licensed professionals can download a PDF transcript of their CE/CME course history from their CE Broker account by logging in, accessing the Overview section, scrolling to Course History, and clicking the Easy Export button. The transcript includes course titles, numbers, completion dates, reporting type, subject areas, and awarded hours. Filters are available for specific searches, and the downloaded file is managed on the user's device.


How to Download a PDF CE Report

As a licensed professional, you are able to download a PDF transcript of your CE/CME course history from within your CE Broker account. 

 If you need to download your records for personal use or to share with an entity not partnered with CE Broker, you can download a detailed record of everything that is reported to your account. 
1. Log in to your CE Broker account and make sure you are in the Overview section. (This section is the same as your home page.)

Note: DO NOT click the View CE Requirement or "Show Me What I'm Missing" button at this time if you have an upgraded account benefit. If you have clicked this button, go back to your home page/Overview section.

2. Scroll down your Home Page to the Course History section and click the ⊻ Easy Export button.

If you need to narrow your results by subject area or date range, use the Filter tool.

Please note: it may take a few moments for your request to process, and the Easy Export button may appear to be spinning during this time.

3. Once processed, a pop-up will appear indicating that your report is ready. Once again, you will select the ⊻ Export PDF button.

Once downloaded, you will manage the file directly on your device—this is outside the scope of your CE Broker account. Depending on your device settings, you may need to familiarize yourself with how to access your downloaded files.

The downloaded file, typically saved to your Downloads folder, will include a detailed breakdown of your courses, including:

  • Course titles

  • Course numbers

  • Dates of completion

  • Whether the course was provider-recorded or self-reported

  • Subject areas covered

  • Hours awarded
