Adding Additional Licenses to Your CE Broker Account
If you hold multiple licenses that are tracked by CE Broker, you can manage them all within a single account — there’s no need for separate usernames or passwords.
To add additional licenses to your account, each license must be issued in a state and profession that currently partners with CE Broker. Nurses holding an RN, LPN, or APRN license may add their additional eligible licenses. Please allow up to 24 hours for license verification once submitted.
If you receive an error message such as “tie_license_error” or “The license number does not exist” while attempting to add a license, this indicates that the specific license is not currently tracked in our system.
Professional and Concierge account holders can view a detailed transcript outlining the requirements for each license associated with their account at no additional cost.
1. Log in to your CE Broker account
2. Click on the License ▾ box at the top of your home page to reveal a drop-down menu. Licenses you have already added will be listed here.
3. Click +Add a New License/Certificate
4. Select the Location ▾ or state, Profession ▾ and then enter the new license number you would like to add.
5. Click Add License to submit your request.
