While other account types require you to manually input course details, Concierge members have access to personalized reporting services. Instead of self-reporting your hours, you can simply send your certificates of completion directly to your Concierge Account Manager via email or fax, and they will report the credit to your profile on your behalf.

As a Concierge member, your dedicated contact information—including your exclusive support email, phone number, and fax line—is located directly within your account.
To locate your Concierge contact information:
Log in to your CE Broker account.
Select the Account Settings option from the main menu.
Click on the Subscription tab.
Navigate to the Concierge section to view your dedicated communication channels.
